Our client is a leading FMCG group with headquarter in US. As part of the business expansion, they are currently seeking a Junior BP to join the team.
About The Role
Reporting to the Regional Senior HR Manager, you are responsible for providing HR supports to the regional and local team. You will be involved in analysis and orientations to provide current and new employee with information about policies, job duties and the opportunities for development. Moreover, you will take part in organising employee activities and CSR. In addition, you will maintain HRIS records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel data, such as payroll, performance appraisal and employee benefits. Last but not least, you will provide assistant to the local HR operations and implement regional projects such as Training and Staff Engagement.
The Successful Applicant:
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business related disciplines, with a minimum of 3 years' working experience in HR. Having worked in sizeable companies or MNC will be an advantage. Having good communication and problem-solving skills are highly preferred. You should be passionate and people-oriented. Proficiency in MS Office application is highly preferred. A good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is required.
