Our client is a multi-national research company with around 300 pax in Hong Kong. As part of business expansion, they are looking for a self-driven and energetic HR Specialist to join.
About The Role
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, MPF administration, tax return filing, leave management, annual remuneration review and staff benefits review. You will handle monthly HR reports and benefits analysis as appropriate and also participate in C&B projects and exercises such as annual budget preparation, salary review and bonus cycle.
The successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in HR or relevant disciplines, with a minimum 1 year' experience working as an HR Generalist or focusing on C&B function. You will be confident taking up the payroll function independently and ensure utmost accuracy, also well versed in HK labour ordinance and with command using Microsoft Excel. Good numerical sense and attentive to details will be key to excel in this role. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese required, and immediate available candidates ideal. Ambitious Fresh Graduates will also be considered.
