Our client is a global bank, currently seeking a passionate HR Consultant / Talent Management professional to join their Global People Team as the HR Transformation Director. The role would require someone who is results-driven, collaborative, consultative with an agile mindset.
About The Role
This role will partner with the global HR team in areas of HR Transformation and Talent Management. You will help implement an HR service delivery model that aligns with business strategy and build a highly effective and efficient HR organisation. You will also work with business heads and senior stakeholders to define, develop and deploy innovative talent management strategies through talent management analytics and tools. You will also perform a role of counsellor and coach, provide input and insights; develop assets and methodologies, as well as develop point-of-view, research or white papers.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree with minimum 8 years of work experience in HR Consulting firms
- Hands-on experience driving HR transformation and Talent Management projects
- Expertise across Digital HR/ HR Process/ HR Analytics / HR Technology/ Talent Management (Competencyy Modelling, Career Framework etc)
- Comfortable working with C-suite level and other key business stakeholders
- Functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diversed environment
- Prossess an executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach, alongside excellent presentation skills and strong oral and drafting capabilities
- Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instinct
- Highly diplomatic, flexible and agile
