Our client is an European luxury brand. To faciliate the sales team on customer service, they are looking for an In Store Trainer to join their team.
- Conduct regular field coaching and in-store training
- Able to identify the training needs of each staff
- To observe and support sales with feedback for the performance improvement
- Evaluate the training results and develop action plans for staff
- Work with In-store Client Development Manager for event or VIP appointment
- Involve in new join orientation program and closely work with Senior Sales or Supervisor during the process
- Responsible for training calendar planning or adjustment regularly as well as training reports
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- At least 3 years' store base experience in luxury retail
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
