Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage projects from initiation, design to completion, include documentation and vendor management
- Design and Manage Azure AD
- Handle system installation, configuration, troubleshooting and monitoring of Microsoft Azure AD
- Experience in ADFS
- Onboard/Offboard automation with HRIS
- Administer, operate, and support Office 365 & related services
- Intune
- Advanced Threat Protection
- Teams setup and maintenance
- SharePoint
- Backup and archiving
- Implementation and administration of Azure Cloud platform and handle related configuration
- Hands on administration and support of Wintel servers, and Windows 10 operating systems
- Experience in Windows 10 standard image and support
- Responsible for backup strategies, cloud to cloud & cloud to on-premises
- Close partnership with the internal IT operation support team to implement and design solutions that will enhance user experience
- Evaluate, recommend and select appropriate solutions and platforms as part of the strategic infrastructure roadmap
- Stay up to date on new product/solution as it comes to market and assess whether implementation will deliver value for the business
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or other related disciplines with at least 5+ years' experience in enterprise IT system operation and maintenance
- Solid Azure AD experience
- Previous experience in design and maintain Azure AD, with solid Identity & Access Management knowledge
- Solid Office 365 setup and administration experience
- User experience - consistency and easy of user
- Change management - user training & adaptation
- Solid Azure Cloud setup, implementation, and operation experience
- Experience in working with external managed service vendors
- Proficient in Windows system management, and multi-cloud solution implementation
- Knowledge and experience in AWS a plus
- Experience with cybersecurity related implementation a plus
- A strong individual contributor and a good team player
- Strong command of English language (both verbal and written) a must, with Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
- Strategic infrastructure mindset and not just focus on short term fixes
