About our client
Our client is a multinational company based in Europe with several sourcing centers in Asia, and they are looking for an Infrastructure Specialist with good experience in internal support in a multinational environment and infrastructure administration.
About the role
- Responsible for L1/2 system management and administration in the on-premise system and cloud environment, including configuring, troubleshooting, documentation, backup, DR planning & patching
- Performing basic daily network operation and support, such as switch & router, Firewall, VPN, etc.
- Handling issues escalated from the L1 helpdesk team under the ITIL framework
- Planning, executing and implementing new infrastructure solutions with the local IT team and global IT team
- Coordinating with the regional team on IT projects
Requirements
- High Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant fields
- 2+ years experience of relative working experience, with experience in an MNC environment, is a plus
- Experience in M65, AAD/AD, VMware, Windows OS, On-prem/Cloud environment
- Familiar with operations of networking technologies, including Firewall, VPN, LAN/WAN, etc.
- With cybersecurity solutions exposure(Endpoint, Email Gateway, Cloud security, etc.) is a plus
- Holder of CCNA/MCSE/MCSA/ITIL/CISSP is a plus
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
