Our client is an leading organization in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an inhouse recruiter who focuses on recruitment for designated business units.
About the Role
- Provide end to end recruitment services for the designated positions including understand the hiring needs, sourcing candidate interviews, job offering
- Work closely as a business partner and build a solid relationship with the line managers in a different department to understand their needs, requirements, and budget
- Search potential candidates against project needs through different recruiting channels.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisiton, pure agency background candidate can be considered
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
