About Our Client:
Our client is a vibrant and innovative multinational company in digital products design & production, they are now looking for an Innovation & Product Manager (user experience & services) to join their team
About The Role:
Reporting to the Director and is responsible for leading, building & advancing the own branded digital products and services through interaction with internal teams (such as product developer and designer), market analysis & research and feedback from users to continuously increase the appeal to and satisfaction of users.
Identify, design and develop product' features as well as prioritize improvements to increase customer satisfaction and enrich their experience in order to draw customers into the subscription service of the company.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor in Engineering, Business or any related disciplines
- Knowledge of IOT devices, home entertainment technology and any subscription services experience is preferred;
- Agile, Aggressive, result-oriented, data driven with Good interpersonal & communication skill
- Good writing skills in both English and Chinese;
- Based in HK with the ability and willingness to travel occasionally as needed
