Responsibilities:
- Proactively research, recommend and develop/adapt/implement technologically innovative solutions to enhance user experience
- Analyze customer insights, industry trends and analytics for assigned features
- Responsible for working out and delivering on business plans for digitalization
- Monitor and improve execution and effectiveness of digitalization programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Management, Information Technology or related fields
- 8+ years of experience in digital project management in property and/or real estate sector
- Passionate about latest digital technologies and trends (AI, Robotics, IoT)
- Strategic thinker and ability to execute in a creative manner, with strong time management and project management skills
- Innovative; Tech Savvy
- Strong aptitude to manage existing external partners and build new partner relationships
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
