Job Description

To ensure the brand and product are on trend, our client is looking for a Market insight Manager for innovative development.


  • Develop, implement research programs with market research studies
  • Quantitative and qualitative research by segmentation
  • Data consolidation and insight gathering
  • Innovation for new product development
  • Trending analysis via social listening for new product development
  • Conduct Competitive Analysis
  • Work with external agencies for market insights


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing with mathematics, statistics, economics or social sciences is proffered
  • At least 5 years consumer insights experience in leading quantitative and qualitative research in both agency and client side.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
  • A strong team player with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese is required
