- Develop, implement research programs with market research studies
- Quantitative and qualitative research by segmentation
- Data consolidation and insight gathering
- Innovation for new product development
- Trending analysis via social listening for new product development
- Conduct Competitive Analysis
- Work with external agencies for market insights
- Bachelor's degree in marketing with mathematics, statistics, economics or social sciences is proffered
- At least 5 years consumer insights experience in leading quantitative and qualitative research in both agency and client side.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
- A strong team player with excellent communication and influencing skills
- Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese is required
