About the Client
Our client is a renowned F&B business with over 80 operations in Greater China. Currently, they are inviting an experienced Internal Audit Manager to head up their Internal Audit Department in Hong Kong and lead a neat team.
About the Role
- Report to the Audit Committe and Chairman
- Plan and perform internal audits for the Group
- Review established policies & procedures and identify major risk areas
- Provide recommendations for improvement in internal controls, risk management and operation efficiency
- Prepare audit report and monitor follow-up actions
- Liaise audit recommendations with management
- Formulate risk-based internal audit assessment/audit plan and review Enterprise Risk Management System for the Group
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- CPA/CIA/CISA or equivalent
- At least 10 years of general internal audit experience, preferably from F&B/hospitality/food production sectors
- Experience in strengthening internal control and risk management for HK listed companies is an advantage
- Proactive, detail-minded, analytical and able to multi-task
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Immediately available is an advantage
