About the Client
Our client is a market leading Retail MNC with a strong business growth in APAC. They have business presence in more than 10 countries within the region and are inviting a very seasoned Internal Control Manager to join their HK office.
About the Role
Reporting to the Department Head, this is an autonomous role. You will work with local offices with Asia Pacific on internal control matters. You will facilitate internal control self-assessment for the region and ensure that it is carried out efficiently. You will involve in audit planning and handle the audit missions (e.g. store audit, fraud investigation) from end to end. Also, you will work on the audit reports, present findings and recommendations and follow up on the status of the suggested actions.
The Successful Applicant
You should hold a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. You should have at least 8 years of relevant internal audit/internal control experience from Big 4 and sizable MNC. You should have relevant professional qualifications, e.g. HKICPA/CIA. You should be confident, analytical and commercial. You should have strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
