Our client is global top 5 private equity fund with AUM 100 billion USD with highly reputable track record in the industry. They are looking for top tier candidates join their china team.
Base: Shanghai/Hongkong/Beijing
Position wish to hire:
- Associate / VP
- Director
- Partner
Either TMT or Healthcare coverage
Qualification for the role:
Successful candidate need has western working culture experience and deep understanding of china market.
For Associate level:
- Top tier educational background with BS or MS Degree, preferred major in Electronic Engineer, Computer science, Physics, Medical, Biotech, Biology.
- At least associate level Investment bank experience TMT / Healthcare Team sector
- Strong logical thinking ability, communication ability, spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Excellent financial modeling skills, proficient in various transaction models (such as IPO, M&A, LBO, etc.), financial analysis indicators (such as profit indicators, working capital indicators, cash flow indicators, etc.), main valuation tools (such as DCF, comparable company law, comparable transaction method, SoTP, etc.)
For Director/ Partner level
- Top tier educational background with BS or MS Degree, preferred major in Electronic Engineer, Computer science, Physics, Medical, Biotech, Biology.
- Investment bank experience TMT / Healthcare Team sector
- Leading position in large scale private equity fund or top corporate strategic investment team
- Strong deal origination skill, with convincing track record.
