About Our Client
Our client is an expanding real estate developer and asset management company with projects in Asia and Europe. They are looking for an expert in corporate finance and investment to join the company.
About The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a small team in screening and evaluating any potential deals and conduct risk analysis of the local market situation. Apart from investment, you are also responsible in monitoring the returns of the current assets and design corporate financing arrangements with related legal matters. In addition, you should be able to expand and maintain a good network of business partners in the local markets.
The Successful Applicants
You will be a degree holder in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting or Economics with at least 15 years of relevant investment or corporate finance experience and 8 years in a managerial position. Relevant experience in real estate, fund investment or listed real estate developers is preferred. Knowledge in handling overseas real estate projects is a must. You should possess excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
