Our client is a leading real estate developer with a need to hire an Investment Director focusing on equity investment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Investment, you will lead a small team in delivering research analysis in the local and regional real estate markets. You will focus on investment strategy and idea generation in the region. You will monitor global and regional economic situations and financial market developments, keeping track of any potential changes. You will take the initiative to review any potential deals and meeting with investors.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in Economics or related subjects with a CFA qualification. You should have at least 10 years of experience coming from equity research, either from sell or buy side, preferably from the HK or China real estate industry. Strong analytical skills together with exceptional interpersonal skills is required. Fluency in Cantonese and English is a essential.
