About the company
Our client is one of the most well recognized company in Hong Kong and with the vision of digital transformation and they are seeking for a Business Analyst (HRIS) to join their team.
Responsibility
- Assist to HRIS System Manager on HR system integration projects and technology transformation support that align to the HR strategy and business goals
- Engage in system redesign and implementation, analysis and troubleshooting, and UAT
- Gather, analyse and transform HR functions and business needs into technical design
- Serve as an interface between HR team, cross business units, IT department and external vendors to ensure the effective process delivery under the HRIS platforms
- Ensure all contractual commitments and project deliverable are successfully and completely delivered
- Prepare training and user manuals on HRIS platform
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sizeable corporate, vendors and/or consultancy industries
- Sound knowledge on the management of HR related systems in either SuccessFactors, Workday or other reputable HRIS system
- Strong influencer and executor with proven track record
- Proficient in using SQL will be an advantage
- Good command in English and Chinese
