About our client
Our client is a well-known developer with a consolidated business foundation in Hong Kong.
In order to conduct a system enhancement and transformation, they are currently looking for business analysts with property leasing system
About the role
- Performing business analysis for facilitating the company's projects
- Designing, implementing and managing their ERP system for the leasing team
- Researching and customizing IT solutions in the current market to support future enterprise development
- Liaising with internal parties and external vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Providing IT solutions and support to other application systems of the group
- Participating in UAT, bug fixing, and troubleshooting in order to deliver excellent outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a business analyst or project consultant, preferably in property/real estate related industry
- Agency or vendor side background welcomed
- Solid experience in system maintenance & revamp is a huge advantage
- Knowledge in SAP/Oracle ERP is a plus
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to work with teams to achieve a better outcome
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese(Mandarin & Cantonese)
