Our client is a renowned conglomerate in Hong Kong with an enviable record of success and they are now further expanding their operations and looking for a IT Director.
About the Role
In this business critical role, you will report directly to the CFO and have full responsibility for developing the technology strategy and vision of the Group. You will provide inspirational leadership to the IT team and create a culture of continuous innovation and improvement. This include web, mobile and AI enabled technology are fundamental to the success of the business so you must have proven experience of leading development teams and a keen interest in adopting cutting-edge technology to deliver significant business growth. You will devise and implement the IT strategy and deliver a robust, efficient, and secure technology environment. Last but not least, you will be creating and delivering the IT roadmap you will partner with the executive team to drive forward technological innovation and business growth.
The Successful Applicants
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 15 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of technology
- Knowledge of infrastructure and applications and in depth knowledge of IT functions and systems.
- Strong software development lifecycle management background
- Experience with Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solutions will be an advantge
- Ability to organize and plan effectively to meet both short and long-range goals and objectives.
- Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with peers, clients, vendors and IT management.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate others in accomplishing goals.
- Good command in Chinese and English
