Our client is a listed multinational electronics manufacturer with significant presence in Asia. To cope with their business growth and emerging market, they are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to support their Hong Kong office.
About the Role:
Reporting to the SIS Manager, you will lead the IT Infrastructure team to manage all rounded in-house IT development and implementation on infrastructure solutions across HK and China to cope with business and operation needs; roll out compliant Cyber Security strategies and solutions; design and revamp the network to fully utilize current technology (IP Telephony, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) and to provide security and cost saving to current environment; drive Deep Security Solution to provide virtual patching for End of Support Operating System; as well as data centers management. You will manage and ensure optimal operation of all network hardware and equipment (i.e. routers, switches, servers, database, UPS, etc.), review Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and provide recommendation to reduce downtime in case of disaster. Through cooperating with internal and external stakeholders, you will build up a suitable infrastructure platform for all in-house applications and effectively manage resource to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Degree educated in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines, you will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in IT Network Security with 3 years at managerial level. Certified in CISSP, CISP or CISA is highly recommended. You will have solid experience in infrastructure and network design for HK & multiple countries and proficiency with IP Telephony, WAN, LAN, WiFi, Firewall and VLAN management. With expertise in Vulnerabilities Management Solution, you will provide remediate solutions to relative teams. You will be able to adopt to the latest market technologies and be forward looking to plan and build the company's infrastructure with scale and resiliency for the business. You will be someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, independent, proactive, independent, able to prioritize and multi-tasking and be a team-player to motivate others. Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential. Occasion travelling to PRC is required.
