Our client is a regional apparel, fashion and luxury brand and to cope with business expansion, they are seeking for Infrastructure Manager to join their team.
Job Description
- Responsible for leading the IT infrastructure team, and be expected to manage and participate in various activities related to the design, maintenance and support for system, networks and devices while meeting the global IT standards, policies and standard operating procedures
- Build and manage infrastructure budget (infrastructure, software, support, projects, resources, etc.)
- Ensure the availability, continuity, and security of IT systems: validity of viral protection, system updates, availability of infrastructures and applications, accessibility and security of database data
- Responsible for end-user support and troubleshooting
- Track and develop reports within the ticketing system
- Lead, coordinate, and manage IT team to achieve the set objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and vendors
- Perform and update technical documentation
- Keep abreast of trends in technology industry and provide guidance when necessary
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or other IT related disciplines
- At least 5 years of working experience in infrastructure management in technology-based environment with servers and workstations
- Strong in network setup and configuration, and system security
- Technical knowledge in firewalls, routers, switches, and the following network protocols and services:
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- LAN/WAN and VPN
- Experience in servers and workstations administration (i.e. Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft Azure)
- Solid in IT project management with proven experience monitoring individual contributors
- CCNA certification is preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese are required
