About our client
Our client is a multinational company based in Europe with several sourcing centers in Asia. In order to handle their business expansion, they are looking for an IT Infrastructure Special to join their team.
About the role
- Working with the team members to perform maintenance and management on internal IT infrastructure, including network, server room and system
- Executing IT infrastructure project implementation under the support of global & local IT team
- Assisting on the IT management tasks, such as SOP and guidelines
- Reporting to senior management in IT and business sector on regular meetings
- Coordinating with helpdesk team to deliver smooth office opeartion
- Support IT network security activities
- Provide helpdesk support to end users when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the infrastructure side
- Experience in providing IT support on the infrastructure side in sizable organization(s)
- Experience in system operation and support, such as Windows/Linux Server, VMWare, SAN storage
- Familiar with the IT network sector, such as Router & Switches, firewall, LAN/WAN, VPN, network security
- With CCNA/ITIL/MCSE certification would be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong mindset in teamworking
- Good command of English and Chinese
