Our client is a well-known construction group with strong market recognition in Hong Kong and they are looking for IT Manager (Application Development) to join their team.
Job Description
- Lead the development team and drive application innovation and development projects
- Identify business needs and establish the best cost effective technical solution to improve the effectiveness and efficiency on construction operation
- Define and determine the project and system development guideline and standard to ensure its quality and sustainability
- Perform code review and manage vendor
- Monitor and troubleshoot the existing system program by preparing disaster recovery plan
- Coach junior programmers and provide training when necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- 8-10 years of working experience in application development with leadership experience
- Experience in following tech stacks: .NET, Angular/React, Ionic framework
- Familiar with SQL and PowerBI
- Strong software development lifecycle management and project management background
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively with peers, subordinates & stakeholders
- Excellent in problem-solving and highly organized
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
