About The Client
Our client is a global manufacturer group and they are looking for IT Manager to lead a global system implementation project.
Job Description
- Report to Regional CIO, lead D365 F&O system implementation and globally roll out in both APAC and Europe
- Monitor and ensure all processes alignment, system design, business standard are being met with global standard
- Conduct full project cycle: prepare and prioritize project roadmap and timeline, control resources and budgeting, and perform proper escalation to ensure project success
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, identify business needs and establish necessary service workflow, behind technical solution engineering
- Work closely with internal team support and global vendors to ensure deliverables are successfully and completely delivered on time within budget
- Review and analyse the existing process, and provide recommendation for improvement
- Prepare documentation, user training and workshop
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration or other related disciplines
- 10 years of working experience in IT project management and global rollout, preferably from global manufacturing, wholesales or sourcing companies
- Proficient in D365 F&O with solid knowledge in P2P (Procure-to-pay) and O2C (Order-to-cash) procedures are highly preferred
- Solid stakeholder management with good vender management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with executive, stakeholders and peers
- Independent, self-motivated and well organized
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese are required
