- Transform and improve both B2B and B2C digital platform to improve overall users' experience and operation performance
- Manage and improve internal platform operation efficiency such as VoIP & Saas application integration
- Report to IT Director to ensure business goal and standard are being met with global standard
- Conduct full project cycle: prepare and prioritize project roadmap and timeline, budgeting, and perform proper escalation to ensure project success
- Work closely with internal teams and manage vendors to ensure deliverables are successfully and completely delivered on time within budget
- Conduct feasibility study and keep the existing software and technologies up-to-dated
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System or other related disciplines
- At least 6 years of working experience in digital web app implementation and project management with strong understanding in digital transformation journey
- Experience in automating/digitalizing back-office system (Saas, VoIP integration, CRM) is an absolute advantage
- Solid stakeholder management with good vender management skills
- PMP, Scrum Master and/or PRINCE2 certification is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with executive, stakeholders and peers
- Independent, self-motivated and well organized
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese are required
