About The Client
Our client is a well-established company in Hong Kong and they are looking for a HRIS IT Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Be a leader to manage HRIS transformation and migration projects and in-charge of the full spectrum of system operation and administration
- Lead the HRIS system design and implementation include translating the functions and business needs into technical design, ensuring system functionality, project scheduling and delivery, data migration and reporting, testing, system rollout and post-launch maintenance
- Prepare business cases and suggest innovative technical solutions to address business needs and improve business process efficiency
- Manage development team and vendors to deliver application system as according to both functional and system design specification
- Prepare documentation and provide insight and training on digitalization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT and full cycle HR system implementation at sizeable companies
- Proficient in Workday implementation and/or integration is a must
- Proficient in vendor management, be a strong influencer and executor with proven track record
- Hands-on experience in reporting is preferred
- Good problem solving skills, result-oriented and organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills both in English and Chinese
