About The Client
Our client is a global manufacturer group and they are looking for IT Manager to join their team.
Job Description
- Act as point of contact in APAC to manage overall IT projects
- Report to Regional IT Director to ensure business goal and standard are being met with global standard
- Implement cloud ERP system and transform internal back-office application from offline to online
- Conduct full project cycle: prepare and prioritize project roadmap and timeline, control resources and budgeting, and perform proper escalation to ensure project success
- Work closely with local infrastructure team and vendors to ensure deliverables are successfully and completely delivered on time within budget
- Conduct feasibility study and keep the existing software and technologies up-to-dated
- Prepare procurement of IT solutions, vendor selection and documentation
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration or other related disciplines
- 10 years of working experience in IT project management, preferably from global manufacturing, wholesales or sourcing companies
- Familiar with Oracle ERP system implementation: EBS, NetSuite or fusion
- Experience in automating/digitalizing back-office system (SharePoint, PowerApp or e-documentation) is an absolute advantage
- Solid stakeholder management with good vender management skills
- PMP certification is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with executive, stakeholders and peers
- Independent, self-motivated and well organized
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese are required
