About our client
Our client is a renowned local digital retailer, and they are looking for an IT Manager with good knowledge in POS operation to join their team.
About the role
- Overseeing the operation, development, management of POS and related IT components
- Supervising and health checking on the daily operation on the application side
- Cooperating with the internal infrastructure team to establish a smooth operation of the application
- Performing data management and reporting when required
- Performing managerial tasks, including risk management, budgeting, team structuring, etc.
- Managing vendor for development and solutions planning on the application
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related discipline
- 8 years or above experience in application operation/service delivery. With managerial experience is a plus
- Experience in reporting tools, such as PowerBI/Tableau/QlikView/Qlik Sense
- With practical and hands-on experience in managing applications/E-commerce platforms is a plus
- Insight in DevOps environment on AWS/Azure/GCP environment is a plus
- Good command of English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
