About our client
Our client is a luxury fashion brand based in Europe. In order to support their growing business in the Hong Kong office, they are looking for an IT Operation Analyst
About the role
- Providing daily technical support and handle requests from end-users in a timely-manner
- Providing L1 support to front-line staff in a remote format
- Escalating L2/L3 issues in back-office and front-line store to related teams
- Reporting store operation situation from the IT perspective to oversea management
- Overseeing store-opening project with cooperation with global IT team(e.g. budget & timeline control, vendor management, etc.)
- Liaising with vendors to solve IT hardware/software issues in store
- Short-term oversea travel for store-opening project is required
Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
- 1-3 years of related working experience, preferably in a sizable retail company
- Familiar with store IT resource setup procedure (e.g. network infrastructure/desktop software/IP phone/CCTV)
- Knowledge in retail operation hardware and system (e.g. POS, WMS) is a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills, being a energetic team player with a 'can-do' attitude
- Be able to work in a dynamics working environment
- Working experience in MNC company is a big plus
- Strong English communication skills is a must
