About the Client
Our client is a well-known market leader in their industry with a global presence. To cope with their rapid expansion in Hong Kong, they are now looking for a IT Product Manager to join their IT team.
About the Role
- Collaborate with business teams and senior management to ideate office solutions for value creation;
- Ensure solution meet business requirements with responsive delivery with standards including architecture, delivery methodology, security coding and integration;
- Lead the end-to-end planning, requirement formulation, design & development, testing, training, implementation, rollout and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms;
- Engage strategic vendors for evaluation, collaborative development of solutions from proof-of-concept to realization;
- Collaborate with technology infrastructure teams for addressing seamless integration and protection of business data;
- Lead the application team in resolving incidents in mission-critical production systems and facilitate sustained operation & continuous improvement upon go-live;
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years or more experience in implementing ERP OR enterprise solution preferable in Microsoft Dynamics AX or NAV, SAP, Oracle;
- Solid project development experience in ERP Application and MS Dynamics AX;
- Experience on data warehousing, design and development on any BI tools;
- Experience on Office Automation system, workflow system;
- Experience with process improvement and project consulting;
- Ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business processes, write effective functional requirement and system design documentation with logical communication skill;
- Strong commitment to quality work and project timeline;
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
