About The Client
Our client is a global brand management group that provides innovative business solutions and services to clients, and they are looking for IT Project and Support Specialist to join their IT team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ERP system implementation and enhancement projects
- Provide project coordination support and perform IT Management tasks to ensure alignment with business
- Govern and prioritise IT projects through standard frameworks, policies and processes
- Conduct system testing and provide post-launch support to end user
- Prepare user training and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other related disciplines
- 1-2 years of experience in system support and trouble-shooting
- Experienced in SQL and/or JavaScript
- Knowledge in MIS or ERP system management
- Attention to details and good organisational skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates are welcome
