About The Client
Our client is a well-known global manufacturing and distribution company and they are looking for IT Project Manager to join their team.
Job Description
- Report to Regional IT Director and lead system transformation projects in APAC region
- Conduct full cycle project management including manage project timeline, resource allocation, budget and deliverables
- Gather and analyse user requirement, and translate into functional design to achieve business goal
- Work closely with BUs, infrastructure team, global team and vendors to identify technical problems and solutions, and align
- Perform vendor selection and procurement of IT solutions
- Prepare and update project documentation including project plan, test strategic plan, project master schedules and reporting
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or Business administration related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management and governance, preferably working in global manufacturing & distribution, supply chain or FMCG companies
- Experience in digitalizing and automating system using PowerApp and/or SharePoint is preferred
- Familiar with Oracle ERP system implementation is an advantage
- Solid in vendor selection and management
- Skills in Oracle SQL, SQL, XML to handle data verification or reporting is a plus
- PMP/ITIL certification is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with peers, subordinates & stakeholders
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese are required, fluent in Mandarin
