About The Client
Our client is a well-established global service provider and they are looking for IT Project Specialist to join their IT team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with IT Manager on POS/Payment system implementation and enhancement projects
- Provide project coordination support and perform IT Management tasks to ensure business requirement alignment with clients
- Be the key interface between IT and Sales team in project management to achieve business goals
- Assist Sales team to communicate with clients by providing technical solution and user training
- Conduct UAT and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other related disciplines
- 1 years of experience in IT system implementation and/or IT project coordination
- Familiar with POS or payment system is a plus
- Excellent presentation and customer services skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
