About The Client

Our client is a top tier commercial group with strong and diverse business in Hong Kong and they are looking for IT Service Manager to join their team.

Job Description

  • As key contact person to take in-charge of all technical issues that related to infrastructure and system
  • Drive the IT projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, progress tracking and risk assessment
  • Identify business requirement and establish the best cost effective technical solution to improve the effectiveness and efficiency on operation
  • Provide solution and support on smart devices, networking, Wifi system, servers and security system
  • Work closely with internal team, development team and vendors on new infrastructure development projects
  • Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot the existing system program by preparing disaster recovery plan
  • Coach and mentor IT support, and provide training when necessary


  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management or Business administration related disciplines
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure and system operation, preferably in retail, hospitality or entertainment
  • Familiar with hospitality management system or POS is an absolute advantage
  • Experience in networking, Wifi setup , firewall, servers, storage and security solutions
  • ITIL Service Delivery Certification is essential
  • Responsible, self-motivated and independent with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command in English and Chinese
