About The Client
Our client is a top tier commercial group with strong and diverse business in Hong Kong and they are looking for IT Service Manager to join their team.
Job Description
- As key contact person to take in-charge of all technical issues that related to infrastructure and system
- Drive the IT projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, progress tracking and risk assessment
- Identify business requirement and establish the best cost effective technical solution to improve the effectiveness and efficiency on operation
- Provide solution and support on smart devices, networking, Wifi system, servers and security system
- Work closely with internal team, development team and vendors on new infrastructure development projects
- Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot the existing system program by preparing disaster recovery plan
- Coach and mentor IT support, and provide training when necessary
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management or Business administration related disciplines
- 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure and system operation, preferably in retail, hospitality or entertainment
- Familiar with hospitality management system or POS is an absolute advantage
- Experience in networking, Wifi setup , firewall, servers, storage and security solutions
- ITIL Service Delivery Certification is essential
- Responsible, self-motivated and independent with good interpersonal skills
- Good command in English and Chinese
