About The Client
Our client is a well-established hospitality in Hong Kong and they are looking for IT Service Manager/MIS Manager to join their team.
Job Description
- Oversee all hospitality systems including POS system, ordering system, content management system, membership program, telephony systems and other products
- Drive the IT projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, progress tracking and risk assessment
- Identify business requirement and establish the best cost effective technical solution to improve the effectiveness and efficiency on operation
- Provide relevant instructions and solutions to the team and users for maintaining smooth functions on both infrastructure and systems
- Lead the supporting team and manage vendors on new system development projects
- Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot the existing system program by preparing disaster recovery plan
- Coach and mentor IT support, and provide training when necessary
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management or Business administration related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
- 10 years of experience in managing and supporting IT system and infrastructure operation, preferably in retail, hospitality or clubhouse
- Familiar with hospitality management system (booking system, Key card, Telephony...etc.) or POS is an absolute advantage
- Skills in network infrastructure such as Wifi setup, WAN/LAN, firewall, servers, storage and security solutions
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, self-motivated and independent with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
