Our client is a business group involved in property development and financial investment. To cope with their business growth, they are looking for an experienced IT Services Manager to support their Hong Kong office.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for IT infrastructure management and architect, as well as leading on IT Operations, IT Service desk and Deskside support. You will provide IT service based by defining and following Service Level and Operation Level. As a project leader in O365 implementation, you will manage projects and interface with multiple stakeholder such as technology, software, and security vendors, as well as managing the performance of staff members. You will coordinate troubleshooting, support, and service for equipment and networks when necessary. You will also provide client assessments, pitches IT equipment and service packages during meetings or presentations, manage customer service and measures client satisfaction. You will constantly attend industry events and trade exhibitions to learn about cutting edge product releases and news
Degree educated in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines, you will have at least 10 years team lead experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations, IT Service Desk or Deskside support. You must have solid experience in project governance implementation, change management and vendor management. You will be someone with strong analytical & problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese. You must be able to perform independently in a fast-pace and challenging environment.
