About our client
Our client is a luxury fashion brand based in Europe. In order to support their growing business in the Hong Kong office, they are looking for an IT specialist
About the role
- Providing daily technical support and handle requests from end-users in a timely-manner
- Setting up and maintaining office IT equipment to secure daily operation
- Providing first-tier network support
- Setting up and maintaining computer/IP phone/conference-meeting-related system
- Providing training for end-users on the application of IT resources
- Launching IT project and troubleshooting with cooperation with global IT team
- Liaising with vendors to solve IT hardware/software issues
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience, preferably in an MNC working environment
- Familiar with mainstream office IT resource setup(e.g. network infrastructure/desktop software/telephone&conference system)
- Basic knowledge in retail operation system support(e.g. POS, WMS)
- Having ITIL foundation certification is a huge advantage
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, proactive team player
- Strong English communication skills
