About our client
Our client is a retailer with a global presence. They are currently looking for an IT Officer to handle their office helpdesk service, infrastructure support and store projects.
About the role
- Providing L1/2 helpdesk & Infrastructure support to internal users in an on-site or remote format
- Working with vendors and executing infrastructure projects on stores and infrastructure
- Performing daily office IT operation duties, such as configuration, troubleshooting, patching, etc. on system/network/cloud
- Performing other ad hoc duties passed by the infrastructure manager
Requirements
- Diploma or above holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- 1-3 years of supporting IT operation, preferably to have IT operation insight in the retail/FMCG/F&B industry
- Experience in IT infrastructure, such as in Endpoint, AD server, LAN/WAN, O365, etc.
- Knowledge in managing IT resources vendors, especially for retail IT assets, such as POS, CCTV, Network device
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
- Will to learn, self-motivated and can work in a dynamic environment
- Fresh grad with IT insight in store operation is welcome; Training will be provided
