About our client
Our client is a multinational retail company based in Europe with several sourcing centers in Asia. In order to support their growing business in the Hong Kong office, they are looking for an IT Support Spcialist.
About the role
- Providing daily technical support and handle requests from end-users in a timely-manner
- Setting up and maintaining office IT equipment to secure daily operation
- Providing first-tier network support
- Setting up and maintaining computer/telephone/conference-meeting-related system
- Providing training for end-users on the application of IT resources
- Launching IT project and troubleshooting with cooperation with global IT supporting team
- Liaising with vendors to solve IT hardware/software issues
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- 2 to 3 years of related working experience, preferably in MNC
- Familiar with mainstream office IT resource setup(e.g. network infrastructure/desktop software/telephone&conference system)
- Proficiency in back-office application usage and support
- Having ITIL foundation certification is a huge advantage
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, proactive team player
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
