About the Role
- 挑選並準備每日膳食菜單及材料
- 配合顧主要求制定菜單
- 懂得烹飪出色中菜粵菜(包括粵菜及外省菜)菜色及研發新菜單
- 擁有亞洲及西餐烹飪經驗更佳
- 必須擁有酒店廚師經驗或相關餐廳經驗
- 負責整體廚房運作，打理廚房
- 準備宴客，需懂得處理高級食材及烹調上等菜
Requirements
- 10年或以上中式餸菜製作經驗
- 必須擁有酒店廚師經驗或相關餐廳經驗
- 工作主動, 有責任感
- 友善，親切有禮
- 可獨立處事
