About the Company
Our client is a U.K. based luxury fashion online business that is international recognized for its unique personal shopping experience. To cope with rapid expansion plans they are coming to Hong Kong and is currently looking for talents to be a part of the Asia Personal Shopping team.
About the Role
- Facilitating the sale of luxury items to the APAC clientele by being the first port of call for customer requests
- Working towards an ambitious individual & group target with your team
- Communicate directly with clients via chat-based media & fostering client relationships
- Working closely between the U.K. & Asia offices to continuously improve customer experience
- Arrange and facilitate personal shopping appointments
- Make recommendations based on current fashion trends
- Representing the Company as a Brand Ambassador
Requirements
You will need to have
- At least 1 years of experience as a personal shopper, or in a sales roles within luxury retail, hospitality or lifestyle industries
- An autonomous self-starter who is always thinking of new ways to tackle challenges and thrives on pressure
- Social media savvy & confident with learning to use new platforms
- Extensive product & brand awareness in the luxury goods market
- Passionate towards fashion and luxury servicing
- Excellent communicative and written English - frequent communication with the UK headquarter is required
- A result driven mindset; motivated by personal sales targets & aims to exceed them
- Meticulous with a strong focus towards client development
- Able to work well in a team as well as independently
Job Offer
Our client offers a dynamic work environment and a high base salary plus monthly commission.
The nature of the role will be 5 day work week, working regular office hours including weekends.
