About Our Client
Our client is one of the fine dining restaurants in Hong Kong. They are now inviting a Junior Sommelier to join their team.
About the Role
- Provide excellent wine service to customers
- Create and maintain a wine list
- Responsible for maintaining inventory and proper storage of wine
- Assist the Head Sommelier in cost control and daily operation
- Build positive relationships with customers, and recommend beverages and wine according to their preference
The Successful Applicant
- Holder of WSET 2 or other recognized certification is required
- Minimum 1 year experience in Western/Chinese fine-dining restaurant
- Strong communication skills to understand customers' needs and preference
- Strong and solid knowledge in wine
