Our client is a leading and fast-growing multinational marketing and media data solutions provider. They have been providing tailor made solutions to international corporations and a rare opportunity has arisen, and they are now looking for an Key Account Executive to join their ever growing team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be responsible to maintain a good relationship with clients, from client consultation, market research and analysis, providing solutions to clients, inquiry handling and contract renewal. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas of improvements and provide the best solution to your clients. Lastly, you will also assist on product demonstrations, presentations, and handle ad hoc assignments when needed.
Requirements
- Degree holder preferably in data science and marketing
- Minimum 1 years' experience in client facing, data analytics or similar roles
- Native mandarin speaker is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Chinese consumer market will be an advantages
- Dynamic personality, embrace innovation, passionate and enjoy exploring opportunities with the team
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
