About the role
- Identify L & D needs through job analysis, appraisals and regular consultation with departmental managers
- Carry coaching sessions and deliver existing tailor made training modules
- Develop and deliver effective induction programmes
- Design individual learning plans in conjunction with managers
- Manage the delivery of L & D programmes
- Develop a measurable understanding of e-learning options, and where relevant, involvement in the creation and/or delivery of tailored e-learning packages
- Build effective relationships with external learning providers or facilitators
- Encourage a learning and development environment throughout the company
- Development of soft skills for all Supervisors/Managers
Requirements:
- Proven experience working within a L&D Management role
- Experience designing and delivering sales and customer service training programs
- Excellent planning, presentation, time & project management skills
- Full knowledge of Training Needs Analysis
- Full knowledge of the Training Design Process
- Able to motivate and aspire others
- Creative and resourceful
