Our client is a leading bank that focuses on digitalisation and innovation. As part of business expansion and strategy plans, they are building a new organisation development team and is hiring for a seasoned L&D professional to join as the team manager.
Reporting into the Head of L&D, you will design, organise and execute organisation development agenda and/or projects for the business, with key initiatives around "innovation, people and culture". You will also be look into the digital/ online technology usage to facilitate people development.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Human Resources or relevant disciplines, with minimum 8+ years L&D or OD experience acquired from financial services companies. You will demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese, and someone who can challenge status quo and bring in new ideas. You will be passionate in people development, change management and a strong team player who can drive an impact. Occasional travel might be required, the role pays up to $50k per month.
