Our client is a luxury retail company with a strong presence in Asia Pacific. They are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Ambassor to support their Concierge Deparment
Job Responsibility
- Meets and greets all guests on arrivals and when departing from the Store
- Provide excellent service to customers
- Guide customers to areas they want to go
- Offer solutions to customers whenever they have inquries
Job Requirement
- Hospitality or Aviation background preferred
- Good interposonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
