About the Company
Our client is an industry leader within the logistic sector. Due to rapid business expansion across Asia Pacific and Greater China, they are now seeking for an energetic talent to join the team as Learning & Development Manager.
About the Role
You will directly report to the Senior Manager while leading a team of 6. You will liaise with different departments, identify the training needs, develop the training programs and evaluate the end result of training. You will focus on customer service, operation procedures and product knowledge training. You will responsible for talent development and training budget and forecast. You will also review and enhance the training policies and procedures. Last but not least, you will handle any ad-hoc HR duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines. You need to have at least 6 - 8 years of solid training experience. Having worked in a labor intensive environment and industries such as logistics, FMCG or retail will be an advantage. You need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (including Mandarin) is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
