Our client is a sizeable and fast-growing bank. To cope with business expansion, they are now looking for a motivated Learning and Development Manager to support current and future business needs byleading and delivering the L&D programs.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, your primary focus is to determine training needs across current business units to develop and execute learning strategy to enable high performance and productivity. You are also required to liaise with different stakeholders to conduct training to employees while monitor and review the progress of the training curriculum. Leading the leadership development training program and e-learning courses will also be the key responsibilities. You will also participating in ad hoc talent-related projects.
The Successful Applicant
To be a successful applicant, you should have a business-related degree with over 5 years of experiences in learning and development area. Experience working for bank and / or financial institutions is highly regarded. Sound knowledge with the latest L&D trends and experience driving leadership development programs will be key to success. You should also be a team player with strong communication and presentation skills. The successful applicant should possess excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with both Cantonese and English.
