Our client is one of the well-established banks with presence across HK, China and ASEAN countries. To cope with business expansion, they are now hiring for a Learning & Development Manager to come in and work very closely with business stakeholders and help manage various talent programmes within the bank.
About The Role
Reporting into the Senior Learning & Development Manager, you will manage relevant talent programmes for the bank, and ensure the training curriculum are meeting business' objectives. You will co-work with senior business leaders in identifying training and development needs for respective business units and also work closely with external vendors to implement strategic learning initiatives and projects. Ad hoc projects will be assigned.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Human Resources, Business Management or relevant disciplines. You will have 6+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, experience working for corporate banking will be of advantage. This role would require strong project/programme management skills, and strong written and presentation skills in both Chinese & English. A proactive team player,, detail-oriented individuals who can work under pressure with tight deadlines will help excel in this role.
