About the role
- Reporting to Global Human Resources Director, this role is responsible for developing and delivering various training solutions according to global training & development needs
- Working closely with business partner to initiate talent development projects, such as succession planning and learning development system
- Implement and manage various training initiatives, including but not limited to town hall meetings, team buildings and internal award organization
- Review and drive continuous enhancement on learning & development policy and procedures
- Drive project management, cultivate e-learning culture, and facilitate the learning effectiveness of various learning solutions
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years L&D experience gained in sizeable organizations
- Solid understanding and be passionate about staff learning and development
- Knowledge in managing learning management systems and producing e-learning courses
- Experience in project management, external vendor management is highly preferred
- Excellent planning, influencing and analytical skills is needed
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
