Our client is a leading bank in Hong Kong, currently hiring a Learning & Development Manager to support with leadership development across their retail banking business. This role focuses on training couse design, project and vendor management.
About The Job
Reporting into the Senior Learning & Development Manager, you will work around the bank's strategy and help draft the training plans and/or relevant policy manuals as required. You will help manage the training programmes, design and liaise with external vendors to ensure a comprehensive leadership training curriculum is in place, also partner with business leaders to understand their training needs and provide appropriate learning solutions. You will also help drive new learning modules to facilicate the business' digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with minimum 7 years learning & development experience preferably from retail banking or financial services sector. You will demonstrate good project management and communciation skills working with internal and external stakeholders, and also with the know-how on a full training cycle. You will also have solid experience building a training framework / curriculum, and proficiency in both English and Chinese will be required for this role.
